Level 1 lessons

Child must complete survival course prior to booking skill level classes ! (No age requirement)

Level one

1. teaches children to have proper body positioning for the most efficient swim.    

2. expands on their breath control    

3. Distant swimming 

4. underwater exploration 

5. Get comfortable in all areas of the pool  (Deep end, walls, rocks/ waterfalls ect.)
